Why we’re different

We know there’s a bundle of novated lease providers in the market, so why would you choose us? That’s a good question. In fact, we encourage you to do your research and check out the rest. But if you’ve already done that and you’re back to hear what we have to say, we’re keen to make our case.

Firstly, have you noticed the large grey mammal in the corner of the room? That’s the product name – novated lease. It’s kinda boring, jargon-y and probably a bit scary. So no wonder it feels stuffy and a little elitist. It’s a ‘sort of’ complex finance product that’s, actually, sort of brilliant – once you get your head around it.

When we researched what was out there and really thought about the experience for everyday people, we realised it’d probably feel like a visit from a door-to-door insurance salesman. We’ve known the industry a long time and if we felt claustrophobic, we can only imagine what you must have felt. We knew we had to break open an insular, exclusive club and bring something that’s truly great into the light.

The fact that most people we talk to don’t know what novated leasing is seems wrong to us. It’s an industry in need of change, a product in need of setting free.

1. And so, we educate

We think we educate the most, and in plain English. We offer a lot of easy to follow articles because we want you to feel informed every step of the way. We want to put the facts in your hands, and encourage you to quiz them further, and feel confident to ask ‘Why?’ or ‘How?’. The convoluted info we found online before we wrote these articles felt like a cloak and dagger routine – it seemed time consuming and more difficult than it needed to be. And it seemed to treat people like kids, asking them to “just trust us”.

We think it’s a two-way street and a partnership. We encourage feedback all the time — we genuinely want to know if you found the information you’ve read on our site useful. If not, we’ll improve it. We’ll always be on the level and respect your concerns, fears and knowledge level. 

2. Premium service, before – and after – you sign your lease

We also know that everyone will say they provide a good service, but we really believe we do it best. We get that people are under a time crunch nearly all the time, so we do anything we can to save them from doing the hard work.

The initial quote you’ll get from us is a one-pager, to break through the mist. Some providers will lump you with a six-page mini-novel on the initial quote (we know because we’ve tested it), which no busy person wants to sift through. It feels confusing and overwhelming.

Our competitors have a slick sales team, but after they’ve got you in the door, their sales team is hard to reach and their support team can be less than supportive.

We promise that you’ll always have the same level of help throughout – from initial quote to the end of your lease.

3. We’re flexible

We think our novated lease packages are pretty great. They let you roll all of your running costs – fuel, servicing, insurance, roadside assistance and rego – under the lease to maximise your tax position.

But we get that sometimes you might have a reason to change things up. You might want to keep your own insurance provider, or you might not want to include servicing.

With us, that’s more than okay – it’s your choice.  Just let us know what you’re after and we’ll tailor a package for you.
